Can someone tell me if there is any provision or upper court judgement where a case has been pending since 5 years just because the summons on opponents in not served till this date and court can dispose this case because the summons has returned more that 25 times on same address.
Police departments works as per court directions. We cannot command and request to the police directly when cases are proceedings in the courts.
