Question Summary: Should I register a company or Trade Mark for provide professional Certification to international students?
Details: I have a website providing online courses. I am planning to roll out certification. This program will provide different levels of certification based on their experience level and course completion.
Certificate will be titles as "Certificate" and say that "This is to certify that XXXXXX has met the experience and course requirements to be acknowledged as <my site name> - professional <certificate name>.
We don't claim any affiliations or claim this as a job qualification, or entry criteria for higher education. So, the question is not about the value of this certificate or will someone buy this.
Question is purely if this is legal to issue such a document?
