Girl is my Friend, She filed complaint against me 376 and 417 ... Marriage promise and rape. Girl is already married - 34 years old- she hide her maritial status and age, name. Her husband is alive. when I know this I said ur already married how can I marry with you... she's angry and Filed Rape case against me.... what I have to do in this situation??
