Sir, to establish an offence of rape whether medical evidence is mandatory.

thank you sir, but sir, in some cases accused person are acquitted if medical evidence does not supported victim's version

Girl is my Friend, She filed complaint against me 376 and 417 ... Marriage promise and rape. Girl is already married - 34 years old- she hide her maritial status and age, name. Her husband is alive. when I know this I said ur already married how can I marry with you... she's angry and Filed Rape case against me.... what I have to do in this situation??
