Property will

If a will has been written on a property and has neither been claimed nor challenged till 12 years, does it become permanently legally enforceable as is written ??

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the legal enforceability of a property will that has remained unclaimed or unchallenged for 12 years. It clarifies that if a will is duly signed by the testator and witnessed, it is presumed valid and can be executed at any time, regardless of the elapsed period. The general consensus is that a properly executed will remains enforceable.
