Property transfer to joint holder after death.

Dear Sirs,

I hold a property jointly with my father who expired last year. This is not an encestral property but a new apaprtment bought by me few years ago.

We are 4 brother & sisters and surviving mother. My father hasn't wrote his Will regarding the ownership of the property. Now what are the documents that I need to prepare / required to apply for transfer to my name. Assuming that my brother, sister and mother don't have any objection on that.

Dear querist,

You need to register relinquish deed from brother sisters and mother.

After relinquish deed flat can be legally transferred to you.
