Five years ago my father had mutated a DDA house in his name, however, the house is still NOT freehold. Around six months ago, my father signed some papers which were misrepresented to him by some third party. We are doubtful on whether those papaers can be misutilised by that third party to transfer the above mentioned property in their name.
As mentioned above, the propery was mutated by my father in his name around five years ago, however, the house is still NOT freehold.
