Sir, I've bought an apartment in Pune. The registration was done in September 2007 & the got posession in October 2009. I've never paid the property tax on this property so far, one due to ignorance & other since I was out of India for nearly 2 years. I do intent to pay the property tax. What will be the penalty I'll be paying on this ? Is it possible to pay the tax without penalty ? I'll be paying it lumpsome.
