Property Tax

Our land is under Builder possession But after 99 year lease over there has been case filed in court but court still not finalized the matter about who will be Builder... Now we Received Property Tax to pay but Bill is in the name of old builder ... So may I know who is liable to Pay or it will be on hold untill Case finalized...
