Property rights brothers and sisters - tamilnadu

Hi,

My father had property and my mother had jewels. During last 5 years both were expired in different time and both have not kept any will or anything. We are 2

brother and 2 sisters. I am the one who had taken on monitory and parents treatment front for the last 13 years, before that parents were in position to manage themselves. All brothers and sisters are married and settled. By law in this regards i am not sure how the partition will go for brothers and sisters on property, jewels.

The children have a equal share on the property irrespective if you spent on their well being. The sisters also have a equal right. Ideally the fact of amount spent on them should not be brought to notice even that is duty of the children.
