property right.

sir my mom has died in my age of six month.and father remarried.and step.mom has a son.i am the only son of my mom..my step mom doesn't love me and she wants to hand over all property to his son...what can i do to take my partition in property.

my father didn't bought property himself..pusteni property hai

You have equal right along with son of your step-mother.You can ask your father to make a partition deed and allote respective shares, failing which you can send a demand legal notice to this effect and file a suit for partition in civil court having competent jurisdiction.
