open plot on father name(sale deed), father died intestate, after we both 2 brothers reliqushment deed on mother. now proprty cames under my mother. now she partitions between both we brothers. this property my mother gift deed to me. one of witness also my brother...up to OK. now my brother is ok. but his wife & her familiy harassing me . occupy my property. what will i do . please suggest.

File suit for eviction/injunction against the relatives of your brother's wife who are illegally occupying your property. Consult a good local lawyer for the purpose of filing the suit.
