Property registered in 2006 by sale deed

I am trying to sell a property registered through registered sale deed and BBMP khatha and upto date tax paid . The buyers are demanding signatures from previous owners family members. The site was purchased from a family whose partition deed was legally registered with their respective shares and all the signatures of the interested parties through GPA.

Why the buyers demand signaures now? What is the remdey

Hello,

The seller has a good title for the property. So the signature of the family members of the previous seller is not required at all.

Yes,signatures of all family members are not required but you have to provide him copy of registered partition deed which contains signatures of all family membes.
