If the original gift deed is legally valid and if the subsequent transfer is also legally valid then the sister can not claim any right over the property, however if either the original gift deed or the subsequent transfer are ambiguous or not properly attested then they can be challenged.

Unless there is inheritance through succession as a legal heir , sister cannot claim any right.  It may be a threat showing some other reason and facts are necessary as some parties even purchase property with joint family income and show it as gift to avoid share to other legal heirs.
