Property law

Partition deed made and I have right of terrace and I have right to construct floor in terrace and exclusively own it so how can I register the floor?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses how to register a newly constructed floor on a terrace, following a partition deed that grants ownership rights. The advice provided is to have the partition deed drafted and then approach the Sub-Registrar's office. It's recommended to do this with the correct Stamp Duty and Registration Fees, along with other necessary documents, ideally with the assistance of a local lawyer.
