Property issue

My father Expired in 2019. He had a home in which he used to go daily from morning to evening and in evening he returned to our other home as we both were working. He was suffering from Dementia. After his death we came to know that there is a registry in the favor of our maid who worked for approx 6 months in our that home in 2016. the registry of the above said was also in 2016. while from 2016 to 2019 we have our tenants in that home and one room was with us. we filed a FIR against that lady .Even there was no transaction of any amount as a purchase deal in my Father bank account. She explained that it was made in cash (although not true) . We filed court case and got Stay Orders on that on 11.04.2019, but the maid sold that home further on 12.04.2019. We filed a contempt of court and she never attend the court on any single day. But in 2026 court dismissed our plea being uncontested by her. Now what should we do ?

You can file an appeal against the aggrieved judgment and argue your case on merits with supporting documents in your possession.

What is the opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged/paid by you who is an able, compentent, intelligent enough and duty bound to satisfy your questions besides the fact s/he is well aware about facts and circumstances of the case??

we are planning to file an appeal but if opposite party still not counters then again the case will be on same lines?

You do your duty of filing the appeal, let the opposite party take their own decision which can be challenged accordingly.
