property issue

Respected Sir,

In this issue M is my cousin.

My cousin (M). father A had bought 2 seperate properties jointly with his brother B in the year. 1970 and 1973. Later in the year 1980 they lived separately and stayed separately in their respective properties. Without any partition deed. A died in the year 2005 and B died in the year 2008. Now the legal heirs of B claiming that the extent of the house of deceased A is more than that of deceased B. But here B made an agreement in the year that B has taken a sum of Rs.80000/_ as share towards A house and he does not acquire any right in A 's property. Here the problem is that A legal heirs are telling that their father had already given the share to deceased B in an agreement which is not registered. B legal heirs sent a Legal notice. A legal heirs replied to that legal notice. A legal heirs filed a Caveat regarding.

Can anyone Suggest or Advice M my cousin who is the son of deceased A.
