Property issue

Dear members,

Please help.

I am 62 years old. I have a property that I got from my father. That property is on my name right now. I have 2 sons and 2 daughter (Both are married). As my sons are not fully settled I want to give my property to my 2 sons. But daughters are not in favour. What shall I do.....

Adv. Gangadhar Gowda,  do not solicit business utilising this forum, it is against the rules, better give a opinion or refrain from giving any.

@querist:  Since you have inherited the property from your father as your share and also since it is not ancestral property, you are the absolute owner of the properties and you have full rights to dispose the property in any manner you desire, you do not have to take consent of your daughter if you propose to settle the same  in favor of your sons.  Just ignore them.
