Property disputes

My grandfather was purchased a plot on the name of my father at the age of  my father was then 9 years and my father's are 5 brothers and 2 sisters and my father is the eldest one.

When my grandfather's was purchased that plot then he had 2 sons and one daughther.

Now my grandfather had been died and they had not write their will.

I want to ask that Whether my father is the only owner of the plot or all brothers and sisters can claim their share in that plot, as my grandfather was the actual buyer of that plot.

As per ur statements, if ur Grand father purchased any property in the name of ur father, the that person (ur father) is absolute owner of the said property, no one can claim/ share on it.

further, if u need any help pls feel free to contact me asap.
