Property dispute help

Mere papa do bhai the, ek bhai ki death ho gayi 1983 me. Unki wife (Meri chachi) shadi ke bad kuch time tak rahi par uske bad kabhi aayi nahi. 2012 me dada ji ki death hui uske bad kheti ki jamin unke hisse me aa gayi aur unhone bech diya. ab unhone hamara ghar jis par ham by birth rahte hai uska kuch hissa kisi ko bech diya. abhi koi batwara nahi hua tha. makan ka koi bhi document kisi ke pass nahi hai aur ham vaha 40 years se rah rahe hai. please hame guide kijiye ki kya ye sahi hai aur vo is tarah paitrak makan ko bech sakti hai. Jinohne kharida hai unohne hi jamin kharidi thi .

...Jis ne wo undivided residential portion kharid kiya hai unko  woh ghar me rahne k liye pahele Partition Suit file karna parhega aur uska file kiya hua Partition suit pe aap log naya purchaser se unka kharid kiya undivided portion purchase kar sakte hain Court ki izazat le kar Court ka taraf se jo valuation hoga us valuation pe. Undivided residential family property family ka bahar ka log kharid kar sakte hai lekin unko rahne ka koi izazat nehi hai partition ke pehle.

Sir, Jis ghar me ham rahte hai vo hamara paitrak ghar hai. Chacha ji ki death ke pahle se hi chachi apne mayke me rahti hai. Ham log hi yaha rahte hai. Kheti ki jamin jo unke hisse me aayi vo unhone sale kar di. Ab bina hame bataye hamare makan ka kuch hissa bhi sale kar diya. Kya isme criminal case bhi banta hai ya civil case bhi. Yahi sachhai hai sir. Gav ke makan ka koi document nahi hota hai.isliye kisi ke pass nahi hai

Sir, par unhone sale kiya hai. Usme unhone hamara makan alag dikhaya hai aur jo hissa becha hai uske liye likha hai ki vo uspe kabij hai koi dispute nahi hai .But vo pura ek makan hai usme dusra koi makan hai hi nahi. Padosiyo ne pahle bhi hamari kuch jamin pe kabja kiya tha vo log jyada bhi hai paisa bhi aur power bhi hai. Mai kaise samjhau document bhi upload nHi ho pa raha hai.

Sir, usme likha hai Purab - Rasta 5 ft sahan Paschim- rasta 9 ft Uttar - Rajesh ka makan Dakshin - Rameshwar ka makan Ye jo uttar me rajesh ka makan hai ye pura makan hai 4000 sure ft me kaccha purani bricks se juda hua. Iske dakshin ka 2500 square ft ka hissa unhone bainama kiya. Kya vo is hisse ka makan girwa denge. Jabki makan to pura hi hai charo or diwale khinchi hui hai. Abhi bhi ham usme rahte hai to kya vo log jabardasti hame vaha se hata denge ?

You should file a suit for partition and declaration of the sale transaction (qua house) as null and void through a local lawyer.

"uske bad kheti ki jamin unke hisse me aa gayi aur unhone bech diya" - How she came in possession of that property? Was there any oral partition  or settlement of the grandfather's property? If so, when and what were the terms esp. as to the residential property?
