Dear Sir,
I would like to know that my father and their 2 brothers having was holding 21 acre land which was distributed uneven so they were decided to sell it 5 year back to one party and share purchase amount equally and they gave power of attorney to one agent that agent sold that land to different parties and.
After one year it was came to notice that 7 acre land was not got transferred to purchaser because one purchaser was not farmer that 7 acre land was belongs to my 2nd uncle land record 7/12 was also showing my uncles name. They took share in purchase amount and also belongs land so my father and my elder uncle (1st uncle) took written confession on bond paper from my 2nd uncle that land having share of my father and uncle No.1.Now 2 year back my 2nd uncle got expired 1 year back and We came to notice that land record (7/12) is showing name of my aunty and my two cousin.
I know this case is very complicated kindly guide me what step we should take.
