Property dispute

The property is under my uncle's control for years and he has been denying to give share for years . We don't have the property papers as well. What is the resolution to this? now he is trying to transfer it by fraud. Any remedy for this issue?

Quick Summary
This discussion concerns a property dispute where an uncle has controlled a property for years, denying a co-owner their rightful share. The situation is exacerbated by the uncle's alleged attempts to fraudulently transfer the property, and the co-owners lack the necessary property papers. The advice suggests that if the property is not ancestral but was jointly purchased by the father and his brothers, a partition suit in court may be a viable legal remedy.

You have not stated the property is ancestral or how it comes to you.  If it is ancestral property, you may file a partition suit in court.

The property is not ancestral...my father along with his brothers brought this property years ago and my father is a co owner
