The court passed the order to transfer the flat in the name of Husband and directed the concern department to follow the court order but the said department is not processing it. There is pressure from his wife's side not transfer the same in his name. Police complain also made but the same issue. The letter also forwarded to the officer but still no reply. what is the remedy

You should file execution petition and executing court will do the job

File RTI before the concerned department and ask for status of execution of order to transfer the flat in the name of Husband. Also ask about why there is delay in transfer of flat in name of husband. Get answers through RTI
