Property dispute

I am a Muslim. I have a younger brother and 2 younger sisters. My father owns a property of about 4000 sqft of land. My father has decided to settle the property only to his daughters and not to his sons. My father has decided to transfer half of this property to one of my sister by Settlement Deed and sell the other half and give the transaction proceeds to my other sister. He has already started the Sale process of half of the property. I and my brother as his son feel injustice is being done by my father to us. I need your advice on how I can approach legally as per Muslim Law.
