Property dispute

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had bought a property in joint name with my wife.But after separation my wife is not allowing to sell the property not paying the part emi and neither I am staying over there due to which I have stopped paying emis. I am in need of some legal consultation how can I get out of this by surrendering the property to Bank as I want to clear the dues of the Bank by disposing off the property.

file a suit for partition and pay your emi. get possession of your share.

If you dont pay emi bank will attach the property and sale it. You can approach bank.
