My grandmother wrote WILL Deed my mother &father can enjoy the property until they are alive after that property should divide into three equal parts. Now my two brothers are enjoying the property by staying with my mother and taking rents. On job purpose I am staying in bangalore. They are not maintaining property properly. On top of that they are mortgage the property documents to private people. Let me know how do I secure property and my share
