My father died at an early age leaving his four children one son and four daughters All daughters are married.The son also died at an early age leaving his wife and son.Earlier when my brother was alive we
heard that the mutation had been done in his name without taking our consent.Now there mutation has been done in his sons name keeping us in dark .As the daughters also have share in the property we assume this mutation is illegal.What legal steps should be taken?And how we can inform the Municipality that the mutation is forged.How can daughters claim their share?We are from West Bengal.
