Property despute

Dear sir,

I have a question .. My my fathers grand mother wrote a (Agriculture lands) BAKSHISH NAMA on  my father's and uncles name. in 1960 and now she no more... In 2004 my uncle was dead. He was unmarried . now my father is the only single owner of land according to BAKSHISH NAMA... My father present  uncles death certificate to the local court and transfered all property mentioned in BAKSHISH NAMA on his name... Now my father's sisters (BUWA) are claiming their share in my  uncles property...

Few land was on my grand mother's name my father's sisters already took their share from that part of land.

1- According to Bakshish nama only two names are mentioned in it, My grand father's name was not mentioned there.

2- if my father's sisters go to court for share of property ... they will get it or not?

3- what is the best way to protect the property from father's sister?

SECOND PART OF MESSAGE

We are three brothers ... my father divide their property among us according to (BATWARA NAMA).

1- Is our property is safe from father's sisters?

2- I am married ... If i sale my property to my  wife... and make a registry in her name...and other related documents... According to this way my prtoperty will remain safe from father's sisters. or not..
