How was it purchased for Rs. 15/- i.e., under any government scheme; what is the document to state that your grandfather has purchased subject land ?

File an FIR for trespass or just file the suit for ejectment and recovery of possession.

You can file a suit for ejection.

Ejectment: Any person who has been dispossessed of his land can regain the same by filing a suit for ejectment. Eg: If a trespasser has gained possession of the property on the absence of the real possessor then he can be evicted by such land by filing a suit ejectment.

Think is i don't know exactly where property is. I only have survey no. and written katha papers from 1941,RTC,RR certificate,

and LRF no.

please help me in how to get to know my exact property location

should i visit survey office or Bangalore Development Authority(BDA)
