hamare grand father ki aasti ko mere dad ke brothers (my auncles) property devide kar ke nahi de rahe hai..
so Mai konse ipc section pe case dal sakta hu..

28.saal se hamare auncles (dad's bros) ghar & agriculture land use kar rahe te. ab hum hamar hiss manga toh dene ko inkar kar rahe hai.
law ke isabse konse ipc sec pe case kr sakta hu Mai?
