Promissory note validity

  sir

My mother gave Money to his Nephew throught promissory  note  on 2009  both are died Now i got document  can claim the money from his daughter  the Daughter got  share from his mother property. Expert need your advice

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the validity of a promissory note from 2009, where money was lent by a mother to her nephew. Both the lender and borrower have since passed away. The question is whether the money can be claimed from the borrower's daughter, who has inherited property. However, legal advice suggests the claim is likely time-barred due to the significant delay since the loan was issued.

The calim is very badly barred by limitatuion, you cannot recover any amount from the legal heir of the borrower  in this situation.
