Professional office in residential area

Dear all

Kindly advise following:-

Is there any requirement to seek permission for opening of following, and their functioning from basement of a house in a residential colony in Delhi, under existing law:-

a. Lawyer's office.

b. Artist's studio cum Art Gallery.
