My wife is employed in a private school. In a recent conflict between the two managing committee , without the consent of the teachers the managing committee has filed a writ petition in high court involving the teachers against 5 opposition which includes School DI ( who is a government representative) and the case stands as "The school teachers vs Government of West Bengal " . Now, i want to remove my wife's name from that list ...sir what is the procedure for that? In future if my wife gets government job will this case can create any problem in police verification? Please reply sir .
