Dear All ,
I will be very grateful if any one revert the complete process adopted by any Labour Court in india after completing the proceeding in refrence case before announcing its judgement, As i hear that it is mandatory to inform state government by labour court before the judgment announcement in reference cases

The court has powers to anounce the judgment for the cases before without consulting any third party including government.
Any industrial disputes should have to referred by the Appropriate Government under section 10 for adjudication, to the Conciliation Board, Labour Court, Court of Inquiry or Industrial Tribunal or National Tribunal.

The Court has to intimate appropriate government which referred the industrial dispute.
Pronouncement of judgment is routine process, consult your lawyer for your doubt(s), if any
