Procedure to transfer interest and shares of willed property

My Grand mother has nominated me to inherit the house that we currently live in and has been duly noted in the Societies nomination register.. The Will document too says the same. By uncle holds the original share certificate of the flat we currently live in and is not giving the same.

Could some one please help me understand the procedure and documents required to transfer the interest and shares of the flat to my name.

Regards

1. I know I do not have to pay stamp duty.

2. the will is registered, do i still need to go for probate?

3. what is the procedure the society should follow to transfer share cert and interest of the flat in my name?
