Procedure to file a case against someone in another country

first of all you have to file a application in the foreing ministery for the permission to file a suit gainst that person

secondly after the approval you will file a application alongwith the summons mentioning the case details to the ambassy concerned to that country .

after receiving approval and survice of those summons you will deal this case like anyother suit you do in india.

How one can sue a company at Singapore or other country which employed Indian citizen and didn't paid the final settlement.
