Initially, concerns could be made by calling the toll-free number (1800-180-5678). You can now lodge a complaint about water system, sewage system, and rain water removal 24 hours a day, seven days a week by visiting the Natioanl Government Services Portal's website or signing up digitally. For every grievance, a grievance ID is produced and sent to the customer's mobile phone number. The condition of the grievance can also be checked the website or by contacting a toll-free number.
