Hi,
I have completed my degree in a proper way(without fraud/cheating),
but while getting first job offer,
I have hided year gap in degree.
But submitted all educational documents in proper manner to my first employer.
After leaving organisation I got experience certificate and relieving letter,
But while joining another company I mentioned all things perfectly regarding my education.
In this case in BG verification if my previous employer found my fraud(hiding year gap).
Is my previous employer has any right to take any legal action against me
will univiersity/educational institutes can takes any legal actions.
Please suggest.
