private property boundary

May I know easiest and legal way of laying property boundary? CTS survey is already done thrice by my father in past i.e 80s and 90s but, still people around keeps fighting, mentally harassment.. may I know effective solution on this issue?

Thanking you for your valuable feedback in advance.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the challenges of establishing and maintaining clear property boundaries, especially when neighbours are uncooperative. The original poster is seeking the easiest and most legal method to resolve ongoing boundary disputes, having already conducted surveys in the past. Despite the high cost of new surveys (around 80-90K), they are willing to pay but are concerned about potential opposition during the process and the effectiveness of a new survey if neighbours continue to cause trouble. They also inquire about the legal way to re-establish fencing on their plot's boundary.

Even I approach to have survey once again, but now charges are too high it cost approx.80-90K, which is again not my cup of tea at this juncture.
