basically i am trying to see if I can post a small test msg (hence above post) and then edit it later. But the edit is also not getting processed either! I have submiited the contact us form. However since the site itself is having problematic design, I don't know if the form has reached the admins!

I had also faced similar problem 3 times earlier, which I took up with LCI Admin and checked my setting. After about 15 days when I spoke to Admin it was restored.

Dr JC Vashista: Sir on which number one can request Admin to check setting. Same problem I am also facing Error : Thread Title or msg contains mobile number.
