hon sir,
i am facilng harshment from school authority to get return school fees which i was deposited in school bank account. i am staying in pune, and had taken addmission in near school for pre primary class, where i deposited first term fee in school bank account, but due to family reason i want to cancel my said addmission within month of deposit. at the time of cancellation school is also not started, immediately i had given intimation to school authority for my cancellation and request them to refund deposited school fee, but they are not giving me response, pl guide me in the matter.
