Hello,
I would like to initiate pre mediation process in Chennai district legal service authority . I want to know whether the application can be done via online . If so, how can I make payment? . It's seems that Tamil Nadu legal service authority does provide any bank details for making payment.

You may have to either visit the DLSA in person and clarify all the required details or engage an advocate to guide you properly in this regard.

Payment of Rs. 1,000/- has to be made online in Delhi whereas application with receipt of payment of pre-institution fees for a commercial suit u/s 2(1)(c) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 has to be hard copy.
This should be applicable in Madras High Court as well.
