Power of attorney on great grandfather assets

Hi Team

Please have a look on case and do the needfull to move forward

My Great grandfather owned 50 laks worth of properties 40 years ago and he had written will
" full properties power of attorney " to his Grandson ( My Father ) as my grand father is not educated at that time , And my father doesnt have any venture so far and now he is saying us to leave the home and confirming that we doesnt have any right on properties even though these properties are not purchaged by me ..

So please assist to us to get the right on property share..& i forgot mention that we are two children to my dad.
we both are major and looking to get our share on all properties now .

Querist,

You've not made it clear whether your father got the property through will or POA...if it was a will - and if you were born or conceived during the lifetime of your grandfather - the property instantly became instant in your hands, and he could not have willed the entire property in your father's favour. If your grandfather died before you were born - i.e will came into effect before that - you have no right.

Hi Sir
My father has got that through "WILL" & Great grand father was expired before we born , But the registration
of properties is not yet done as these are transfered on or before 1947 where indian law might not be exist
(i am not sure ) i have seen that documents are registered as per British law ...So still these properties belongs to my father if they have not yet completed under indian registration act 1908 ..
