Is there any problem in sale deed, executed/ registered by the vendor / PoA since 2012, and possession of the property ? Any one has claimed any right or interest in the property

Obtain copy of relevant PoA from seller, if you feel so.

Be clear in the fact and query.

As the POA is registered with the Sub Registrar apply for a certified copy of the deed.

What is the context in  requiring the PoA?

Sale of an immovable property per POA is not valid.

Greetings!

In order to answer your query, please mention whether a copy of the registered deed is available with you. and the context relevant to the Power of Attorney, as in what powers have been allocated through the POA?

Regards,

Kawmini Liyanage.
