There is a Poultry Firm running in Residential Area, the people of that locality complained to the municipal authority regarding the Poultry firm as it spared bad smells all over the area, but the Municipal authority is managed by the Proprietor of that firm.
So what are the provision of Law and How to restrict the said firm
