Pot notice

I purchased land in 2004.it was registered as per registration act.i obtained pattadar passbook and title deeds from revenue authority of AP government.not only myself,who the owner of land he was also obtained pattadar passbook and title deeds.after that i purchased land i enjoyed so far any introption from revenue authority.but 2022 revenue authority is giving notice under POT act sec 3 what i can do

What is POT Act?

POT means (AP Assigned land Act) Prohibition of Transfer Act, 1977.  “Any transfer or acquisition made in contravention of the provisions of the sec 3(1) or sec 3(2) shall be deemed to be null and void”.  So consult the Revenue authorities by consulting a local advocate.

Mere registration or issue of patta pass book would not confer validate the transfer of property which is otherwise unlawful.
