I purchases a flat with home loan in a multi storage building from builder. Loan is disbursed and all the payment has been paid to builder. Now what document I should get stating as I am owner of the flat (sale deed or possession letter). I have copy of agrrement with me but what will be the solid proof of I am the owner? Please help

Registered Sale Deed will be more legitimate proof.
