Possession of a building...

Dear Sirs / Madams,

I have purchased a land on which there is an old building on it....The problem is that the price of the deal was fixed for both the land and building but in the land puchase registration deed, it is not mentioned about the building.... the problem is that we had an oral deal about the building..... the person who had sold the property to me is denying the sale of building and demanding more money and also not giving us possession of the same....The seller is keeping some anti-social elements along with him in the building and threatening to kill us with pistols, hand made bombs,etc..if we try to possess the land and building... i have already filed two written complaints with the police mentioned the details of the incidents which happened but the police does not seems to bother..... now in this situation what i want to know is that is there any way by which i can get those elements arrested and get the possession of the building...... if there any law then under which section can  i file a suit against them so that the police take immediate action against them......looking forward to ur answers..... thanking you
