Police threatening

police threatening with gun, without filing FIR

Quick Summary
If you are being threatened by police with a firearm and no FIR has been filed, it's crucial to take action. First, try to explain your situation to the officers involved without arguing. Then, file a petition at the police station and obtain an acknowledgement. Following this, you can escalate your complaint to higher officials, including the DGP, by sending a speed post and collecting proof of delivery. You also have the option to file a writ petition against the erring officers.
