Hi,
Police investigation yielded no evidence against A2 and A3, they suggested to take off their names from the case, But the bail plea is rejected in the lower court, Do they still hve to apply for bail in higher court.
Can police arrest them even though their Case Dairy suggests that they dont have anything to do with anything in FIR?
In further proceedings, can they strike-of those names from the case and A2 and A3 can be free of charges??
What could be done to the complainant to make them go through this kind of torture? un necessary charges against them.
