Contempt of court order is the only solution  before you for this situation.

You have to put pressure on the court to expedite the trial in the contempt petition.

If you don't receive a response in time for a contempt court petition, you can take the following steps: 1. _File an affidavit of service_: Show proof that you served the petition on the respondent. 2. _Wait for the prescribed time_: Allow the respondent the prescribed time to respond (usually 10-14 days). 3. _File a motion for default judgment_: If the respondent fails to respond, file a motion for default judgment. 4. _Request a hearing_: Request a hearing to present your case to the judge. 5. _Prepare your case_: Gather evidence and prepare your arguments to demonstrate contempt. 6. _Seek legal advice_: Consult with an attorney specializing in contempt proceedings. 7. _Consider alternative dispute resolution_: If applicable, consider mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods. 8. _File a writ of attachment_: If the court rules in your favor, file a writ of attachment to enforce the judgment. 9. _Pursue enforcement_: Take necessary steps to enforce the court's decision. Remember to follow the specific rules and procedures of the court handling your case.
